Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our 15-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund of your initial paid prepFAA subscription payment within 15 days of that successful payment. There are no refund fees and no required explanation. This guarantee applies to both monthly and annual plans.

The window starts when your first paid subscription payment succeeds—not when you create a free account. A renewal, plan change, or return to a paid plan does not start a new first-purchase window. This does not limit additional rights required by applicable law.

When to request a refund

Send your request within 15 days (360 hours) of the successful initial payment. Requests received at or before that deadline qualify, even if support processes them afterward. We use the payment timestamp and the time your request reaches our support mailbox to check the window.

How to request a refund

Email support@prepfaa.com and tell us that you would like a refund. Use your account email or include a payment reference so we can locate the payment. You do not need to explain why. Do not send your password, full card number, or card security code.

We return the full initial subscription payment, including any tax collected on that payment, to the original payment method through our payment processor. We do not deduct processing fees. The time for the refund to appear depends on the payment processor and your bank. We will let you know if we need help locating the payment or if there is a processing issue.

What happens after a refund

When the refund is processed, we cancel future subscription billing and end paid access. Study access ends, and your account and existing study history are preserved. A refund does not delete your account or require you to start over if you later subscribe again.

Canceling without a refund

You can cancel renewal at any time from Plan & Billing in your prepFAA account. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid another charge. Your paid access continues through the end of the current paid billing period, then Study access ends. Your account and study history stay saved.

Cancellation and refunds are separate actions. Canceling your subscription does not automatically request a refund; email support within the guarantee window if you also want your initial payment refunded. If you cannot access your account or complete cancellation, contact support@prepfaa.com.

Other payment issues and your rights

Contact us if you believe a charge is incorrect, duplicated, or unauthorized. We will review the issue separately from the first-purchase guarantee. Nothing in this policy limits refund or cancellation rights that applicable law requires.
