Using PrepFAA
These Terms govern your use of PrepFAA’s website and Study application. PrepFAA serves customers in the United States.
When you accept these Terms while creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to follow them.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is part of these Terms.
Your account
Provide accurate account and billing information. Keep your sign-in methods secure and use your account for your own study.
Do not share credentials, impersonate another person, or bypass account, plan, or access restrictions.
If you suspect unauthorized access, email support@prepfaa.com.
Study preparation and FAA testing
PrepFAA is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Federal Aviation Administration.
PrepFAA supports your instruction. It does not replace required training, instructor assessments, knowledge-test endorsements, or FAA eligibility requirements.
Practice scores and program completion do not guarantee that you will pass an FAA test. We do not guarantee which questions will appear or that their wording will match our study materials.
Your instructor is responsible for any endorsement they issue. A PrepFAA performance report provides supporting information; it is not an endorsement.
Check the current FAA requirements for your test.
Content and permitted use
While you have the required access, you may use PrepFAA for your personal study under a limited, non-exclusive license that you cannot transfer.
PrepFAA and its licensors retain their rights in the software, original explanations, presentation, and other protected content. Third-party and government materials retain their existing rights and status. We do not claim exclusive ownership of public-domain FAA material.
Do not:
- Resell access.
- Redistribute protected question-bank compilations or software.
- Scrape or bulk-extract the service.
- Bypass security.
- Use PrepFAA unlawfully.
These restrictions do not take away rights provided by applicable law.
You may download, print, and share instructor reports provided for that purpose.
Plans, trials, and billing
Creating an account does not automatically provide Study access.
Eligible new customers can start a five-day free trial of All Access, with monthly or annual billing. A payment method is required. Checkout confirms eligibility, price, and billing period before you authorize payment.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription is charged automatically. Annual plans charge the full year upfront.
Changing your plan or billing period during a trial may end the trial and trigger an immediate charge.
If you cancel the trial, access continues until its original end date. Your account and saved progress remain after Study access ends.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed billing frequency until canceled. We use subscription management and payment providers to handle billing.
Managing and canceling your subscription
Use Plan & Billing in your account to manage your plan, payment method, or cancellation.
Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. Ordinary cancellation keeps your paid access active until the end of the paid billing period.
We will disclose material price or subscription changes and provide any notice required by law.
Refunds
The five-day free trial lets eligible new customers evaluate PrepFAA. Cancel before it ends to avoid the first charge.
Canceling does not automatically refund earlier payments or submit a refund request.
We review refund requests individually under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Applicable legal rights and the policies governing earlier purchases still apply.
To request a refund, email support@prepfaa.com.
When a subscription payment is fully refunded, we cancel future billing and end Study access. Your account and study history remain.
See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full process and any additional rights.
Availability and account restrictions
We work to keep PrepFAA available and accurate. Maintenance, provider failures, and other problems may interrupt access. Features and content may change.
We may suspend or end access because of misuse, security risks, nonpayment, or violations of these Terms. Contact support if you believe a restriction is a mistake.
Ending access does not remove refund rights or other rights required by law.
Warranties and liability
To the extent allowed by law, PrepFAA is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the same extent, PrepFAA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
These limits do not remove warranties, liabilities, refund rights, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Updates and contact
We will identify updated Terms by their effective date and provide notice or request renewed acceptance when required.
We will not say an existing account expressly accepted a version unless we have evidence of that acceptance.
For questions about these Terms, account access, or a dispute, email support@prepfaa.com. We encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.
These Terms do not prevent you from exercising rights or seeking remedies available under applicable law.
