Refund & Cancellation Policy
How the five-day trial, subscription cancellation, and billing or refund requests work.
Effective date: October 18, 2026 · Version 2026-10-18

Five-day free trial
Eligible new accounts can try All Access with monthly or annual billing free for five days. A payment method and verified primary email are required. Checkout confirms eligibility, the trial length, the subscription price, and the billing period before you confirm.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the selected subscription is charged automatically. Annual billing charges the full year upfront. View your exact trial end date and first charge in Plan & Billing after starting. Changing a plan or billing period during a trial can end the trial and charge immediately.
Canceling renewal
Cancel in Plan & Billing before the trial ends to avoid its first charge, or before the next renewal to avoid another charge. Trial access continues through the original trial end date. Paid access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Your account and study history stay saved after Study access ends.
Cancellation and refunds are separate actions. Canceling your subscription stops future renewal and does not automatically refund a payment already made. If you cannot access your account or complete cancellation, contact support@prepfaa.com.
Billing and refund requests
If you need help with a charge or would like us to review a refund request, email support@prepfaa.com. Use your account email or include a payment reference so we can locate the payment. Do not send your password, full card number, or card security code.
Refund requests are reviewed individually. This policy does not promise an automatic refund. Any refund rights required by applicable law, or provided by the policy that applied to an earlier purchase, remain in effect.
What happens after an approved refund
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor. The time for a refund to appear depends on the processor and your bank. We will explain the approved refund and any effect on your subscription when we review the request.
When a subscription payment is fully refunded, future subscription billing is canceled and paid Study access ends. Your account and existing study history are preserved.
Earlier purchases
For purchases made before this policy took effect, the policy in effect at the time of purchase continues to apply. Read the October 1, 2026 policy.
Other payment issues and your rights
Contact us if you believe a charge is incorrect, duplicated, or unauthorized. We will review the issue. Nothing in this policy limits refund or cancellation rights that applicable law requires.
